Story

Choose between 100km or 50km routes and enjoy views of the beautiful Shannon estuary and admire the many lovely lakes on your chosen route. Wear fun and colourful odd socks to show your support for Down Syndrome Clare and you may even win a prize for the best dressed ankles. Check out both routes on our website; https://www.crns.ie/oddsocks/ After purchasing your entry you will have the chance to buy tickets for a draw to win super prizes provided by; Bike Fit Barry, Landscape and Leisure Cycles, and The Bike Doc. Refreshments provided on both routes and after the event. Looking forward to seeing you!

Down Syndrome Ireland Clare Branch

We provide support and services to people with Down syndrome and their families though a national office and 25 branches nationwide. We provide an ‘all-through-life’ supports to people with Down syndrome and their families across Ireland with specialists in the areas of health, speech and language, early development, education and adult education and independence that enhance the lives of thousands of children and adults with Down syndrome across the country.
